BODYROCK.tv's 30 day Challenge


A few weeks ago, I started working out pretty frequently (2-3 times a week) doing workouts from BODYROCK.tv. I found BodyRock on facebook. All of their workouts are done at home and they are about 12 minutes, with bonus videos starting around 3 minutes, which means it's easier for me to fit them into my day. I love them! Lisa-Marie is my most favorite (sorry Tony Horton)!

Anyway, they started a 30 day challenge for the month of May, just in time for summer! The workouts are 5 days a week, with the weekend as active rest days. I am doing the workouts a day behind as yesterday's workout was posted so late. The BodyRock Flow day with Bikram Yoga moves were intense! It was a tough two minutes! I am loving it so far and can't wait to see where I am in 30 days!
