Sweet Expectations
By now, mostly everyone knows that we are expecting. When people say things like that, I always wait to hear what they are expecting. We are expecting... a baby! It's really weird to say it out loud. Our baby is due on November 30th, which is why we affectionately call it our "Turkey." Currently, we are at 14 weeks and our check ups have been good. So far, my symptoms have been fairly mild. I've had some nausea, headaches, and one terrible week of nausea in the mornings and evenings. Lately, I have also been experiencing some forgetfulness and no more nausea. According to the "What to Expect" books, these things are all normal. I officially can't fit into the majority of my regular pants and shorts. I also officially have a belly that looks either like the start of a baby belly or that I've had too big a lunch. Now Will has made this giant list of things to do before the baby comes. It's the weirdest thing to think about how much everything is going to change with the addition of one tiny human.
