Shakespeare in the Park at The Botanical Gardens. The Magik Theatre did their own version of Romeo & Juliet based in the 1920's in San Antonio. The show started on the 2nd and yesterday was the last showing. Will and I arrived at the gardens around 7:30pm and it was already packed! Most people left during intermission, so Will and I got to get closer and get a somewhat better view. It was a pretty nice night, mostly calm but also pretty muggy. I vote for stadium seating. Botanical Gardens, make it happen! The play was pretty good, minus the technical difficulties with their microphones. Next time we will also have to arrive as soon as the gates open! Check out the Magik Theatre!
