I am off for the summer! My days now consist of pure and utter laziness. I am taking full advantage of this before the baby comes! I sometimes do productive things like cleaning, laundry, and most nights I even cook dinner. Like actual cooking. Last week, I made chicken cacciatore, meatloaf and mashed potatoes, and this week I made bacon for BLTs (haha), and yesterday I made shipwreck, which is a dish with beans, hamburger meat, rotel, and tomato sauce that you top off with cheese... it's actually really good, a kind of chili dish.
Yesterday, however, I spent the day watching Netflix streaming movies and Law & Order SVU, and the babies and I watched Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows part 1 in preparation for the new movie. Both Hedwig and Sammy stayed in the living room the whole time, despite the movie on the surround sound speakers being so loud. It was nice to have some company... even if they slept the majority of the movie.
