Today the plan was to go to Chimy's for lunch. We were so excited to go have their amazing food and margaritas! We pile everyone in the car and drive to Chimy's just to find out they're closed for today and will be open tomorrow... when we will be on the road back home. Geez. We ate at the new Chipolte, which was good, but we really had our minds set on Chimy's. Afterwards, we checked out the new giant ring by the Merket Alumni Center. This was so neat! The ring had so much detail, including the Strive for Honor on the inside of the ring, just like my ring. This is one of the sculptures on Tech campus that I actually really like!
