Day 115!
Our neighbor's water busted sometime this afternoon. Will called about it around 4pm. Our neighbor called around 5 or 6pm. We went out to eat and when we came back, water was still gushing down the street around 9pm. I called SAWS and they guy told me, "Ma'am, we don't know about these things until someone calls." After more than three calls. About 24 hours later, it was finally fixed and SAWS left a nice muddy mess. And our granite that ran down the road is now muddy granite. Thanks a lot, SAWS. You fail.
